Italian beef sandwiches are a relatively new thing for me. I had one awhile ago, and forgot how awesome it was! Recently, we had italian beef sandwiches at work and I remembered how yummy these sandwiches are. I love the flavorful juicy beef with hot peppers (you ca use mild, but I say pile on the hot!) on a crusty roll. This is a really easy recipe, and is great for a potluck or tailgating party. Enjoy! Place roast in slow cooker, and pour salad dressing mixture over the meat.
